STORE POLICY

RETURN & EXCHANGE

Original receipt or gift receipt and attached tags and/or original packaging are required on all returns.

Exchanges and returns on non-final sale items may be made for store credit only within 30 days of purchase – no cash or credit card refunds may be issued.

Store credit is non-transferrable and expires one year following the original purchase date.

Final sale items may not be returned or exchanged for store credit, cash or credit card refunds.  Final sale items include christening, first communion, jewelry, furniture, bedding, special orders, and any item(s) purchased at a discount of 40% or more.

LAYAWAY & SPECIAL ORDER

Layaway purchases require a non-refundable 50% deposit and expire after 30 days.

Items held without a deposit will be returned to stock at the closing time of the following business day.

Special order purchases are final sales and require full payment upon order placement.
